Your Space for
Self-Care

Our little house of healing is home to some incredibly awesome ways to decrease physical and mental stress, shifting the way you relate within your mind and body. Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, Meditation, Yoga, Physical Therapy, and Infrared Sauna are the tools we use to help you care for your body and mind. Our community is our home, and we know from personal experience that taking time to practice self-love is one of the most selfless things we do. When we show up for ourselves, we do the work only we can do, we change, and our world changes. It seems simple, and yet, some of us spend most of our time caring for everyone but ourselves… Are you ready to care for yourself the way you do others?
