If you decide you’re ready to commit to all four weeks of a series, you can apply your $30 towards the discounted tuition on the first night of any series. Just let us know at the end of the workshop, and we will help get you settled and booked for the remainder of the series. Our next series, Meditations on Self-Love, begins Monday, 9/16/2019.

Group yoga classes can be a great way to experience many of the benefits yoga in a more affordable way as well as an opportunity to appreciate "sangha" or community. Yet, traditionally yoga was passed down one on one from teacher to student in a private setting. The emphasis was to individualize each yoga experience to meet the needs of the individual student. 

A private yoga session will help create a wonderful opportunity for you to be detailed and specific as you cultivate your practice, as well as focus on the big picture of who you are in this universe. You can start a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with an injury or specific goal or concern.




Privates + workshops

Our studio is small and mighty… we maintain a workshop schedule for ALL LEVELS OF YOGIS, ALWAYS. We believe yoga is for everyone, not just the fit and flexible. Beginning a personal yoga practice is a great way to increase your mind-body alignment, allowing you to create or continue a loving, respectful relationship with the only body you have. It can also be intimidating to go to classes when you are completely unfamiliar with the practice, OR have limitations in your body that would require a deeper knowledge for safe practice. This is why we have dedicated the small space we have to private instruction and workshops. We recognize that you need a daily practice of self-care. We also know, from experience, that accountability can go a long way when it comes to creating a practice that becomes a lifestyle. Enter Yoga @ MBODI…
